Partner SALLY H. SELTZER brings 18 years of experience as a highly skilled attorney, focusing on general liability and professional liability matters including those filed against insurance agents. Her practice also includes premises liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
Ms. Seltzer is admitted to practice law in Florida and Massachusetts as well as U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Her professional affiliations include the Board of Directors of the Florida Defense Lawyer Association (FDLA) where she is serving a second term as a member for the Third District. Ms. Seltzer is currently serving as the Co-Chair and Board Liaison for the FDLA Diversity Committee. Ms. Seltzer’s speaking engagements include “Agent & Broker Liability” at the 2013 FDLA Liability Claims Conference. Her most recent published decisions are Stonington Insurance Company v. Thornton, 2015 WL 4986072 (S.D. Fla.) and Hopewell, LLC v. Casseux; Hewett & Walpole, Inc., 146 So. 3d 538 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014).
